RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
CONDITIONS TO MAKE A RETURN
- You must manage the return within a period of 10 hours of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition and keep all tags, show no signs of use.
- You have to make the return in the same country/region in which you made the purchase.
- Return shipping costs will not be covered. It will be your responsibility to place it in a package or box that allows the items to reach their destination in perfect condition.
- Size changes are not accepted in any article, since the measurements are specific at the time of your purchase.
- Mayan Monkey reserves the right to make the change or return if the items are not sent or do not meet the conditions contained herein.
- All returns will be made through the same method in which you made your payment.

HOW DO I HAVE TO PREPARE MY RETURN PACKAGE?
If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order in any other, as long as it is well sealed to avoid the loss of the items. You have to write the shipping address on the package (ask for it at support@mayanmonkey.com).
