WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
At the time of making your purchase, we will show you the shipping methods available, the shipping cost and the estimated delivery date.
You can track your delivery from your email or through the guide number that we will provide you so that you can follow up with the parcel company.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING METHOD?
If the purchase is already completed, the selected shipping method cannot be modified.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
If you have selected a home delivery and you were absent at the time of delivery, we suggest you call the parcel company directly.
It is important that you verify your shipping address before finalizing the purchase. We remind you that if the shipping address is incorrect, Mayan Monkey will not be responsible for the items not being received or lost.
MY ORDER IS REPORTED AS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you have not received your order, but it appears as delivered, we suggest that you contact us and we will review it with the transport company.
