What is Terms & Conditions?
Terms & Conditions is an exclusive party at Mayan Monkey Isla Mujeres, featuring renowned DJs, special production, and a unique beachfront experience. The event starts on December 27th at 2:00 PM and ends on December 28th at 2:00 AM.
How do ticket tiers work?
Tickets are sold in tiers, and prices increase as the event date approaches.
- Early Bird: Presale, lowest price.
- Tier 1: Activated once Early Bird sells out.
- Tier 2: Special pricing phase.
- Tier 3: Last phase available online.
- At the door: Highest price.
How many festival tickets are included with my Mayan Monkey reservation?
Your hotel reservation includes one ticket per registered guest in your room. With your guest wristband, you’ll have full access to the event.

• Golf cart: $95 USD per day; 10–15 minutes to the hotel
• Motorcycle: $65 USD per day; 10–15 minutes to the hotel
How does the cashless system work?
The event operates with a cashless system using your wristband.
You can top up your balance at any charging station inside the event, with cash or card. Just scan your wristband to pay for food and drinks.
Recommendations
- Wear comfortable clothes for a night by the beach.
• Buy your ticket online for a better price and to avoid lines.
• Arrive early to get a better spot near the stage and enjoy the atmosphere.
• Keep your wristband on at all times.
• If you lose your wristband, security will have to remove you due to access policies.
