BOOKING

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. You must contact the correspondent email address of your location as soon as possible. For more information please send an email or call us.

If you've booked through our website you can amend it by getting in touch with the hostel directly at least 48 hours prior your arrival (subject to availability). If you´ve booked through Hostelworld/Expedia/ or booking you must require the change within these extranets.If you´ve booked through booking with a non-refundable rate, you won´t be allowed of any changes. If your rate requires change, you must pay for the correct amount.

Yes you can! We do accept credit or debit card to guarantee your booking. (Except American Express).

Yes, you can pay cash (dollars, euros and pesos) at check in. Just bear in mind you'll need a debit or credit card to guarantee your booking.

All of our private rooms, shared rooms, double rooms and suites come with towels. You will receive it at check in.

Sorry, you can't bring pets into our hostels.

Yes you can, but we recommend you let the hostel reception team know if you're expecting a delivery. We don't accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

Yes, we supply all your bedding.

Yes, the bar accepts external customers which are allowed to get access to the pool and bar or through our parties.

We have free lockers in all our shared rooms. You could bring your own padlock or buy one at front desk. In private rooms you get a closet and a security box.
